GEETHAVISHWANATHAN Fashion Designer, Image consultant& Fashion educationist and President SIFT. Geetha vishwanathan, a senior leading Fashion Designer, is the proprietress of PREYASI, a leading fashion house located at Adyar, Chennai.
From her childhood she developed a passion for fashion designing and in 1985 she has started her fashion house ‘PREYASI’ from her residence. ‘PREYASI’ caters to a clientele spread over 60 countries, including number of Indian clients. She is a successful Image Consultant. In this role, she has been counseling people from different life style and culture.
Geetha’s dreams of setting up an Educational Institution Providing hands on knowledge on Fashion Designing, has taken shape in the form of SRIJATI INSTITUTE OF FASHION TECHNOLOGY. She held the position as the Principal of st.Joseph fashion Industrial school, Neerpiar, Madurandhagam.
Geetha is a proud Indian and she has shown great interest towards Indian arts and Handicrafts. Her non-profitable organization THE KUTIL CRAFTS OF INDIA, help women to learn the traditional arts and develop them to become successful entrepreneurs.

Geetha was the recipient of the “Best women entrepreneur of Tamilnadu”, from the Honorable Chief minister of Tamilnadu Dr.J. Jayalalitha in 1995.

Geethavishwanathan is also the Founder and President of Marketing Organization of Women Entrepreneurs (MOOWESINDIA) she has developed more than 350 entrepreneurs across India.
